1) Remote Support Option
Our support staff can assist you with many configuration issues by utilizing a remote support tool, which temporarily installs a small program on your computer that connects your computer to a technician's station. With your permission, the technician can observe or take control of your screen and sucessfully troubleshoot most configuration issues. After the support session is complete, the software is uninstalled from your computer automatically.

2) E-mail Setup
To setup your e-mail program (Outlook Express, Microsoft Outlook, Thunderbird, etc.) to use your Springville Wireless e-mail, choose POP3 for the server type and set both the Incoming (POP3) and Outgoing (SMTP) mail server to: mail.springvillewireless.com
Your account name is the first part of your e-mail address (Ex. johndoe@springvillewireless.com has an account name of johndoe).
Account settings are generally found under the Tools menu of the mail programs.
3) Webmail Access
Simply type webmail.springvillewireless.com in the address bar of your web browser to access a page which allows you to check your e-mail through the web on any computer connected to the Internet. Use the first part of your e-mail address as your user name (Ex. johndoe@springvillewireless.com has a user name of johndoe).
Be sure to enter the URL into the address bar and not the search bar or search area of a homepage such as MSN, Yahoo, or Google. The address bar typically has a website address beginning with http://
